WHAT WE OFFER

THE SERVICES

01

3D SCANNING

Capture geometry from an existing part as a starting point for design and development. We review size, surface and accessible features before confirming scope.

02

CAD DESIGN

Develop a digital model from your idea, drawings or requirements. Dimensions, interfaces and required outputs are agreed before modelling begins.

03

REVERSE ENGINEERING

Use an existing component as a reference for a digital design. Scanning, measurements and modelling requirements are reviewed for each project.

04

3D PRINTING

Discuss prototypes, concept models, fitment checks and custom intake or automotive parts. Process, material and suitability depend on intended use.

CUSTOM INTAKES & AUTOMOTIVE PARTS

From capturing available space and mounting points to developing a digital model and reviewing prototypes, we plan the process around fitment and intended use. Intake components, ducts and other custom automotive parts are assessed individually for heat, loads, material and manufacturing suitability.

HOW WE WORK

ONE PROJECT. A CLEAR PROCESS.

01
SHARE

Send part photos or your idea, approximate dimensions, quantity and intended use.

02
REVIEW

Agree feasibility, scope, suitable options, deliverables, timing and quote.

03
DEVELOP

Follow the agreed scanning, modelling and/or printing stages.

04
CHECK

Review results against agreed requirements and next steps.

WHERE TO BEGIN

START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE

Existing part → scanning and reverse engineering

Sketch or idea → CAD and prototype development

Digital model → print suitability and fitment checks

FAQ

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START

Can I start without CAD?

Yes, send photos, a sketch or requirements to discuss a starting point.

Is a scan finished CAD?

No, geometry may need further measurements and modelling; deliverables are agreed per project.

Which materials or processes can be used?

The team discusses options after reviewing purpose, dimensions, finish and operating conditions.

How much will it cost and how long will it take?

Cost and timing are confirmed after project review, based on complexity, scope and quantity.

Can you make vehicle parts?

Suitability depends on function, fitment, heat, loads, material and process; discuss the application first.

START YOUR PROJECT

TELL US WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE

Share photos, approximate dimensions, quantity, intended use and any files. Include heat, load and fitment requirements where relevant. We review scope and suitability before quoting.
